In November 2025, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York approved the Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization for Purdue Pharma L.P. The Company is now focused on satisfying the conditions that must be met for the Plan to go effective – the date the new company, Knoa Pharma, will emerge from bankruptcy. The business continues uninterrupted. We are operating fully, honoring our existing relationships and meeting our obligations to our partners and customers.
