Uncompromising Microbe Fighters Betadine® Microbicides

For more than 4 decades Betadine® Microbicides have been used in homes and hospitals worldwide as an important first line of defense against topical infections. Betadine Microbicides help to reduce bacteria that potentially can cause skin infection.

Povidone-iodine, the active ingredient in Betadine® Microbicides, is active against a broad spectrum of pathogens, in vitro.

For external use only.
Do not use in the eyes, over large areas of the body, or if you are sensitive to iodine or other product ingredients.
Ask a doctor before use in case of deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns.
Stop use and ask a doctor if the condition persists or gets worse or if you need to use this product for more than 1 week.
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
