Your First Day

What to expect:

During your first day of employment, you will meet with your new manager to begin the process of orientation, which includes processing employment and benefit paperwork, reviewing company policies, establishing a new hire training agenda, and beginning the process of acquiring Purdue product and market knowledge. As part of your employment, you will be enrolled in a comprehensive training and development program, which will include three weeks of training at our headquarters in Stamford, CT.

Prior to meeting with your manager on your first day of employment, please print and complete all the forms located in the Forms section of this site. The link to these forms is located in the upper left-hand column of this page. You must bring the completed forms with you when you meet with your manager on your first day of employment. The process of enrolling in company-provided benefits will be easier if you review the benefits section of this site prior to your start date with Purdue. A delay in having these forms completed on your first day of employment may delay your enrollment in benefit plans and subsequent coverage for you and your dependents.

What to bring:

Please make sure you have the following information with you:

  • Driver’s License
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Your signed Social Security Card
